How to use it

  1. 01Choose an unencrypted PDF up to 20 MB and 500 pages.
  2. 02Enter every page exactly once in the required order, for example 3, 1-2.
  3. 03Create the document, review its order and download.

Useful details

Ranges run in ascending order within each range, but separate selections can be rearranged. A three-page document can use 3, 1-2 to put page 3 first. Missing, duplicate and out-of-range pages are rejected. To keep only some pages, use PDF Splitter instead. Page copying may omit forms and bookmarks, and digital signatures are not preserved.

Questions about this tool

Can I leave out a page?

Reorder requires all pages exactly once. Use PDF Splitter to extract a subset or Delete PDF Pages to remove pages.
